I meet a lot of chefs in my profession. But I have to admit I like some more than others. And one of those guys I like more happens to be Chef Louie Bossi, executive chef of Big City Tavern. I mean, he calls himself “The Hogfather” – what’s not to love?
And Chef Louie revamped his a la carte brunch menu, introducing house-made items to its classic American selections. Currently, Big City Tavern is curing more than seven selections of meat onsite. Other housemade items include fresh breads, pastries and pastas.
Big City makes brunch even better with its $12 unlimited mimosas made with Kennesaw fresh-squeezed orange juice from Pompano Beach, $12 endless bloody marys prepared with Finlandia vodka, or a cup of locally roasted French press coffee.
